The following information is provided in accordance with Article 13, paragraphs 1 and 2, of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as ‘the GDPR’:

1. We are a company called Alfavox Sp. z o.o., hereinafter referred to as ‘Alfavox’ or ‘the Company’, and our registered office is located at ulica Ziębicka 35, 60-0164 Poznań, Poland. Our data protection officer is Mr Marcin Taisner, who may be contacted at iod@alfavox.com;
2. Your personal data will be processed on the basis of: Article 6, paragraph 1, item (a), for the purposes of:
• presenting offers concerning the Alfavox System;
• if requested, setting up a trial account for the presentation version of the Alfavox System; Article 6, paragraph 1, item (f), for the purposes of:
• administering and configuring servers;
• compiling statistical data;
3. The data Alfavox will be processing are:
• your given name(s) and surname;
• a telephone number where you can be reached;
• your e-mail address;
• the name of the company you work for;
• the data you import to the Alfavox Contact Centre Demo system while using it;
• data collected in the form of cookies;
• your IP address;
• the region where the connection with the Administrator’s website occurs;
4. The personal data you provide may be transferred to the processor, Alfavox Software SP. z o.o., which has its registered office at ulica Ziębicka 35, 60-0164 Poznań;
5. The personal data you provide will not be transferred to any third party;
6. Your data will be stored until such time as you withdraw your consent. The additional data imported into the Alfavox Contact Centre Demo system for the purposes of trials are irretrievably anonymised once a quarter;
7. You have the right to: access your personal data, have inaccurate data corrected, have data erased, restrict the processing of your data, data portability, allowing you to obtain and reuse your data elsewhere, object to how your data is processed in certain circumstances, withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the legal conformity of the processing carried out on the basis of that consent prior to its withdrawal,
8. If you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR of 27 April 2-16, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
9. The provision of your personal data is voluntary;
10. Your data will not be processed by automatised means. This includes profiling.

Policy of using "cookie" files

Cookies are used when browsing the Alfavox website, i.e. small text information that is stored on your end device in connection with your use of the site. Cookies are information stored by servers on the user's end device, which the servers can read during every connection to this end device. Their use allows the proper functioning of the website. Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for user devices. In particular, it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted or malicious software to get into the users' devices. These files allow identifying the software used by the user and customise the site to the individual preferences of each visitor. Cookies usually include the domain name from which they originate, their storage time on the device and the assigned value.

The Administrator uses two types of cookies:

• Session cookies: are stored on the device of the website's visitor and remain there until the end of the session of the given browser. The stored information is then permanently deleted from the device's memory. The mechanism of session cookies does not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the device visiting the website.
• Persistent cookies: are stored on the device of the website's visitor and remain there until they are deleted. The end of the browser’s session or turning off the device does not remove them from the visitor's device. The mechanism of persistent cookies does not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the device visiting the website.

The Administrator uses cookies for the following purposes:

• website configuration,
• creating statistics that help to understand how website visitors use the website,
• defining the visitor's profile in order to display tailored materials in advertising networks,
• popularising websites page using social networking sites: plus.google.com, Facebook.com, Instagram.com, Twitter.com, LinkedIN.com, Youtube.com.

Visitors to the site can independently and at any time change the cookies settings, specifying the conditions for their storage and cookies access to the user’s device. Visitors can make changes to the settings referred to in the preceding sentence using the web browser settings or using the service configuration. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic operation of cookies in your web browser settings or inform about each time they are placed on the visitor's device.

Detailed information about the capabilities and how to handle cookies are available in the software (web browser) settings. The user may at any time delete cookies using the functions available in his/her Internet browser: Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Opera, Android, Safari (iOS), Windows Phone, Blackberry, Microsoft Edge.

Limiting the use of cookies may affect some of the functionality available on the website www.alfavox.com.
